Data will primarily be processed electronically in compliance with the security measures adopted by Food Mind and in accordance with the provisions of Art. 32 of the GDPR. Food Mind does not perform data processing through automated decision-making processes.

Who the data is shared with
Some personal data may be shared with third-party companies to which Food Mind delegates certain activities to achieve the purposes outlined above. These entities will be designated as Data Processors and will receive appropriate instructions, particularly regarding the adoption of adequate security measures to ensure data confidentiality and security.

Except for browsing data, users are free to provide personal data in the forms on the website or via other means of communication with the company for sending messages or requesting documentation.
